Overview

Join our vibrant culinary team as a Pastry Decorator, where creativity meets precision! Your artistry and attention to detail will be essential in crafting visually stunning confections that enhance every celebration and everyday treat. Responsibilities

Pastries, and desserts with intricate designs, piping, fondant, and other decorative techniques to meet quality standards.
Prepare and assemble baked goods, ensuring consistency in presentation and flavor.
Maintain a clean and organized work station following food safety and handling protocols.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of decorated desserts for service or events.
Assist with food preparation tasks such as mixing, filling, and assembling components of baked goods.
Package finished products carefully for display or delivery, ensuring they remain pristine.
Follow all food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to uphold hygiene standards.

Skills

Proven experience in cake decorating and pastry presentation.
Strong background in food preparation, baking, and kitchen operations within a restaurant or bakery setting.
Excellent customer service skills to understand client preferences and provide a positive experience.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with food industry standards related to packaging, storage, and sanitation.
Creative flair combined with technical skill in decorating techniques such as piping, fondant work, and sugar craft.

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
