Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing infrastructure functions efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant codes and standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your technical skills to deliver high-quality results that keep our clients satisfied.

Duties

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in new construction and existing structures
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation and repair work
Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery to complete plumbing tasks effectively
Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and implement timely solutions
Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate project activities
Conduct basic math calculations for measurements, material estimates, and system layouts
Lift heavy materials safely and operate commercial driving vehicles when transporting supplies or equipment

Experience

Proven experience in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance within commercial or residential settings
Strong mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems, schematics, and construction principles
Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpreting technical schematics for precise installations
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, welding techniques, and assembly processes
Knowledge of HVAC systems and basic carpentry is a plus
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex projects
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or ability to obtain one is preferred
