Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Skilled Labourers to join our high-growth organization. This role is ideal for detail-oriented, driven individuals who takes pride in their work. This position plays a key role in meeting project deadlines and supporting overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Build, layout, and strip bridge formwork in accordance with plans and specifications, including grade calculations

Assist with concrete placement, finishing, and curing for bridge structures

Prepare job sites, including excavation, layout, and setup for structural work

Operate tools and equipment such as skid steers, power tools, and hand tools

Level and place aggregate to required grades

Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment

Maintain a clean and organized worksite at all times

Direct traffic in and around active construction zones as required

Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including consistent use of PPE

Work collaboratively with crew members and support the Foreman as needed

Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in bridge construction, formwork, or heavy civil concrete work

Experience with structural concrete, falsework, and shoring systems is an asset
-
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and small equipment
-
Experience working in environmentally sensitive areas is an asset

Valid Class G driver’s license

Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and travel as required
