Full job description

BTR Painting Ltd. is looking for a reliable, hardworking team member to join our growing painting company serving Collingwood, Blue Mountain, Wasaga Beach, Thornbury, and surrounding areas.

No professional painting experience is required—we’re looking for someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. We’ll teach the right person.

Responsibilities

Assisting painters with interior and exterior painting projects
Surface preparation including sanding, masking, caulking, and cleaning
Moving materials and setting up job sites
Maintaining a clean, organized work environment
Learning professional painting techniques and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Reliable and punctual
Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working on ladders and outdoors
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation preferred
Able to work well with a team and communicate professionally with clients
