Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Flexo Printing Press Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality labels efficiently. Your mechanical knowledge, manufacturing expertise, and warehouse experience will be essential in ensuring smooth production workflows and top-tier product output.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor flexo printing presses to ensure precise color registration and print quality.
Conduct routine inspections of printing equipment, perform adjustments, and troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly.
Prepare printing substrates, inks, and plates according to job specifications, ensuring proper alignment and tension.
Maintain cleanliness of the press area and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with warehouse staff to manage raw materials, supplies, and finished products efficiently.
Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of forklifts when handling heavy rolls or materials.
Document production data accurately, including job details, machine performance, and quality checks.

Qualifications

Proven experience operating flexo printing presses or similar machinery within a manufacturing or packaging environment.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues independently.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes, packaging standards, and quality control procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic understanding of machining techniques and maintenance practices.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to safety compliance.
