Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating project activities, dealing with project paperwork and billing and keep track of project activities and estimates

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project Forman to determine scope of work
- Create and maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports
- Assist in preparing project proposals
- Coordinate project meetings and documents
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
- Communicate project updates to general contractors, sub contractors and team members

- Assist with project billing and estimations

- Read through blueprints and project documents

Requirements
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Experience in reading blueprints, and construction estimating
- Experience with software such as Excel, Word & QuickBooks
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Great personality

- Bonus if you have worked in construction before

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 43 per week
