Summary

We are seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join our vibrant team at Moxies Kelowna. This role is vital in ensuring smooth restaurant operations and delivering outstanding customer service. If you have a passion for leadership and culinary excellence, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
Supervise and support kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain a cohesive team environment.
Manage food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to meet safety and quality standards.
Implement training programs for staff on food safety, customer service, and operational procedures.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards.
Assist in managing restaurant budgets, inventory, and supplies.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Address customer concerns promptly to uphold the restaurant's reputation.
Qualifications
Proven supervising experience in a restaurant setting.
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling.
Demonstrated leadership skills with team management experience.
Knowledge of restaurant management practices including food safety regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with hospitality operations is preferred.
Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
