Committed to serving the freshest coffee possible, we prioritize sourcing premium green beans and roasting them in small batches daily, guided by the belief that the best taste always wins.

Overview

We are seeking energetic and motivated full-time and part-time Baristas to join our team at the Marine Building location. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service, craft delicious beverages, and contribute to a vibrant coffee community. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love sharing your passion for coffee, we want to hear from you!

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and enthusiasm
Engage with customers warmly, providing outstanding service and product recommendations
Operate POS systems, accurately handling transactions and cash handling procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, adhering to food safety standards
Assist with food preparation and food handling tasks as needed
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service
Follow all food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures

Skills

Previous barista experience or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude
Proficiency with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for efficient cashiering
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Excellent time management to handle multiple tasks smoothly during peak hours
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively

In addition to hourly wages, medical benefits, and generous staff discounts. After one year of employment, all employees are eligible for a wellness plan that enables them to pay for fitness, education, and general wellness courses.

Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
