Back Framer / Residential Framing Carpenter

Bogdanovic Construction Inc. – Kincardine, Ontario (and surrounding areas)

Bogdanovic Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced Back Framer to join our growing residential construction team. We specialize in high-quality custom homes and residential developments throughout Bruce County and are looking for a motivated individual who takes pride in their workmanship and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Build and install interior walls, bulkheads, temporary stairs, and backing.
Strap porch ceilings
Frame architectural details.
Setting exterior windows in rough openings as required.
Read and interpret construction drawings and layouts.
Other jobs as needed (insulation, vapour barrier, concrete formings, etc).
Work efficiently with site supervisors and other trades.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

Previous residential framing experience preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings preferred.
Working at Heights qualification preferred.
Strong understanding of framing methods and building practices preferred.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license is a must.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.

back framing: 2 years (preferred)
