Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Aesthetician, where your passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness will shine! In this vibrant role, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing personalized skincare treatments, nail services, waxing / sugaring, beauty services and product recommendations. Your expertise will help clients look and feel their best while fostering a welcoming and professional environment. This paid position offers opportunities to showcase your skills across a variety of beauty services and to grow within a supportive team dedicated to excellence.

Duties

Perform a wide range of aesthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions and nail care with precision and care.
Deliver outstanding guest services by listening attentively to client needs and providing tailored treatment plans.
Maintain impeccable sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and clean environment for clients and staff.
Assist guests at the front desk with check-in, appointment scheduling, product demos, and retail sales to enhance their experience.
Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and upselling opportunities to promote retail sales and client satisfaction.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase new skincare lines or beauty tools, encouraging product purchases.
Support team efforts through effective communication skills, teamwork, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an aesthetician or in a related beauty service role with knowledge of skincare treatments.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards essential for maintaining a hygienic workspace.
Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments, products, and services to guests.
Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and guest engagement strategies.
Skilled in body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, hair styling, nail care, and other beauty treatments preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
