Join our team as our newest: Stamping Press Operator. All Shifts Available.

Position Summary:

Operate Stamping/Transfer presses, assist with or perform set ups as required. Able to complete minor repairs, adjustments and coordinating activities. Follow processes that quality products are produced in a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating presses and all downline equipment.
Perform setups and changeovers according to work instructions.
Complete adjustments, equipment checks, repairs and other related activities.
Ensure quality standards and safety measures are met at all times.
Must be competent on a variety of press equipment - automatic and manual.
Participate actively in continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications:

Experience in an automotive manufacturing setting using various machinery.
Experience in stamping/transfer presses.
Must be competent performing press operations and set ups.
Mechanically inclined – able to use measuring instruments.
Experience on large presses is an asset.
Able to work independently with little supervision.
Able to perform physically demanding work.
