Full job description

5 new patients guaranteed per week. Build a full caseload quickly

Looking for a Dynamic Physiotherapist in Abbotsford, Abbotsford is a great community. Its affordable housing, short commute to work, raising a family, recreational activities, get in early on this growing community, growing population to maintain a full caseload.

1. $3000-10000 signing bonus ($) depending on experience and availability.

2. Start from hourly compensation and progress to fee-split ($) or straight Fee split

3. Optional monthly/quarterly incentives ($)

4. 5 assessments per week to build your caseload quickly ($)

5. Regular support in building and maintaining your caseload ($)

6. $500-$1,000 Education allowance per year ($)

7. Career courses (approx. $2,000+/year) that help you build your skillset ($)

8. Paid subscription (approx. $200) to clinician education site ($)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
Valid license to practice as a Physiotherapist in BC, Canada.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
Experience in acute care settings preferred; pediatric experience is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Demonstrated ability to develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Compassionate approach towards patient care with a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
