Adjoint(e) de direction

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) adjoint(e) de direction hautement organisé(e), proactif(ve) et débrouillard(e) pour soutenir un entrepreneur à la tête de plusieurs entreprises bien établies et d’investissements immobiliers.

C’est un rôle concret et à fort impact, parfait pour une personne qui aime travailler dans un environnement dynamique, qui apprécie la diversité des tâches et qui assume volontiers la responsabilité d’apporter de la structure, de la clarté et un suivi à de multiples priorités.

· Travailler en collaboration avec un entrepreneur chevronné dans divers domaines professionnels

· Acquérir une expérience concrète en opérations, finances et immobilier

· Jouer un rôle clé dans l’amélioration de l’organisation, de l’efficacité et de l’exécution

· Poste polyvalent et stimulant, offrant une grande autonomie et un impact tangible

Vos responsabilités

· Gérer un agenda dynamique (réunions, rendez-vous et déplacements)

· Préparer la documentation pour les réunions, présentations et initiatives stratégiques

· Traiter l’information confidentielle avec professionnalisme et discrétion

· Gérer, filtrer et hiérarchiser des courriels, appels et communications quotidiennes

Agir comme point de contact central entre les différentes entreprises et les partenaires externes
Coordonner les réunions et assurer le suivi des points clés
Veiller à l’avancement efficace des projets et des priorités.
Gérer les délais, les priorités et les projets de plusieurs entités
;
Maintenir des dossiers bien organisés (contrats, rapports et documents clés)
Appuyer les activités immobilières, incluant la préparation de documents, la coordination avec les locataires et les fournisseurs, ainsi que le suivi des transactions
Aider au suivi des dépenses, à la conciliation et à l’organisation financière
Assurer la liaison avec les comptables et les conseillers externes
Maintenir des systèmes de classement précis et soutenir les processus de rapports
Soutenir la réalisation d’initiatives commerciales et de projets spéciaux
Contribuer à l’implantation de systèmes et de procédures visant à accroitre l’efficacité
Identifier les manques, prévoir les exigences et suggérer des solutions de manière proactive.
Planifier et organiser les déplacements et préparer des itinéraires détaillés.
Assister dans la planification de réunions, d’évènements et de rencontres hors site
Gérer et concilier les dépenses

Profil recherché

Excellente capacité d’organisation et souci du détail marqué

Qualifications

3 à 7+ ans d’expérience en soutien à un(e) dirigeant(e) sénior ou à un entrepreneur
Connaissances de base en tenue de livres ou en processus financiers
Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, de Google Workspace et d’outils comme QuickBooks (ou équivalent)
Expérience avec plusieurs entreprises ou dans le secteur immobilier, un atout important
Posséder un baccalauréat en administration des affaires, en finance, en comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe, ou avoir une expérience professionnelle pertinente équivalente (un atout)

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support an entrepreneur overseeing multiple well-established businesses and real estate investments.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and takes ownership in bringing structure, clarity, and follow-through to a wide range of priorities.

What You’ll Do

· Act as a central point of contact across businesses and external partners

· Coordinate meetings and ensure follow-ups on key action items

· Help keep projects and priorities moving forward efficiently

· Track deadlines, priorities, and initiatives across multiple companies

· Maintain organized records (contracts, reports, and key documents)

· Assist with real estate activities, including documentation, tenant/vendor coordination, and transaction follow-ups

· Assist with expense tracking, reconciliations, and financial organization

· Liaise with accountants and external advisors

· Maintain accurate filing systems and support reporting processes

· Support execution of business initiatives and special projects

· Help implement systems and processes to improve efficiency

· Identify gaps, anticipate needs, and proactively solve problems

· Coordinate travel arrangements and detailed itineraries

· Support planning of meetings, events, and offsite activities

· Manage and reconcile expenses

· Experience working across multiple businesses or with real estate is a strong asset

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (preferred)
