Full job description

Business Systems Analyst – Parts

Location: Hybrid
Pay Rate - 60.92$/ hour
Contract Length: 12-16 Months

We at Raise are hiring a Business Systems Analyst – Parts for one of our top clients. After establishing themselves as an industry leader, they’re now expanding their team to meet rising demand. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Support

Assist Account Managers with proposals and customer support.
Generate customer-facing quotes using affiliate data.
Support sales and commercial operations.

Order & Data Management

Manage parts order processing, purchasing, and import activities.
Coordinate with global affiliates, including the US and UK.
Ensure compliance with applicable import regulations.
Maintain and report data using SAP and Salesforce.

Process Improvement & Modernization

Research and document current business processes and identify gaps.
Design improved workflows aligned with business needs.
Develop and configure Microsoft-based tools to support business processes.
Help modernize tools, templates, and workflows.
Drive improvements in workflow efficiency and reliability.
Support implementation and stabilization of new processes and tools.

Testing & Implementation

Test solutions and incorporate feedback from business stakeholders.
Collaborate across teams to support rollout and user adoption.
Provide ongoing operational support throughout the modernization initiative.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

Experience with SAP / ERP platforms, particularly procurement and data-entry processes.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and adaptability.
Experience supporting sales, order management, or commercial operations.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools.
Commercial or finance background.
Experience working with large datasets.
Experience with Salesforce.
Experience with business process modernization or workflow automation.
