Job Description

We're looking for experienced, business-minded personal trainers who have experience building relationships, selling programs, client retention, and the ability to deliver exceptional coaching. This is not an entry-level personal training position.

If you've already built a client base before, understand how to sell your services, and want a facility that consistently puts qualified leads in front of you while giving you the freedom to run your business your way we'd love to talk!

Build your business without building the infrastructure.

Our model is designed for established trainers who want to spend more time coaching and less time worrying about administration.

Industry-leading compensation

Our revenue-sharing model is built to reward full-time trainers. Once minimum revenue thresholds are met, you keep 100% of the revenue you generate.

We keep your pipeline full

Every new member completes a complimentary Fitness Consultation, giving you warm introductions to potential clients from day one.

You'll also receive a service fee for every consultation completed, in addition to your personal training revenue.

We provide the systems

Focus on coaching while we handle the backend.

We provide through:

Scheduling system
Client contracts
Invoicing
Programming & coaching app
Marketing support
A growing membership base that creates ongoing opportunities

Community matters

We regularly host member events, challenges and community initiatives. While participation isn't mandatory, trainers who engage with our community consistently build stronger client relationships and fuller schedules.

Pay: $18.00-$120.00 per hour
