Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and personable Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare and beauty services, enhance guest experiences, and promote our product offerings. This role requires a passion for beauty, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and professionalism. As an Aesthetician, you will play a vital role in helping clients look and feel their best through personalized treatments and expert advice.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application
Provide professional hair styling and nail care services as needed
Conduct product demos and recommend retail products to clients based on their needs
Deliver outstanding guest services by creating a welcoming and relaxing environment
Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, check-ins, and guest inquiries
Upsell services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas following health regulations
Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and ongoing treatments
Support team efforts in promoting new services or promotions through effective communication

Qualifications

Valid state license as an Aesthetician or Cosmetologist
Proven experience in skincare treatments, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care preferred
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards in a spa or salon environment
Ability to upsell products and services while maintaining a professional demeanor
Excellent communication skills to educate guests about treatments and products
Experience with retail sales, guest services, front desk operations, and product demos is advantageous
A friendly attitude with a passion for the beauty industry and helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals

Pay: $20.20-$25.00 per hour
