Important Equipment Requirements—Please Read Before Applying
This is not an entry-level forklift position.
Applicants must have a minimum of two years of recent, hands-on experience operating both of the following:
- A man-up stock picker/order picker at height while wearing the required fall-protection harness.
- A reach truck, including safely placing and retrieving pallets from elevated racking.
Candidates invited to an in-person interview will be required to complete a practical equipment assessment on both machines. Candidates must demonstrate a high level of safe, confident and independent operation.
Possessing a forklift certificate alone does not demonstrate the required proficiency. Experience limited to ground-level order picking, pallet jacks, counterbalance forklifts or stand-on pallet riders does not replace the required man-up order-picker and reach-truck experience.
