Front-End Administrator / Client Experience Coordinator

Location: Milton, Ontario
Job Type: Full-Time

MFC Lawyers is seeking a professional, energetic, and highly organized Front-End Administrator / Client Experience Coordinator to become the face of our Milton office.

This is much more than a reception position. You will be the first point of contact for clients, prospective clients, and visitors, playing a vital role in creating an exceptional client experience while helping grow the firm through outstanding client service and consultation scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist walk-in clients and visitors to the Milton office.
Answer incoming telephone calls professionally and direct calls or take detailed messages.
Respond promptly to website inquiries, voicemails, and prospective client leads.
Contact prospective clients and schedule consultations with lawyers.
Make outgoing follow-up calls to potential new clients.
Work closely with the Intake Coordinator to complete the consultation and onboarding process.
Manage lawyer calendars and consultation scheduling.
Process invoices and assist with paying office bills.
Order office supplies and manage Amazon Business purchases.
Coordinate office maintenance, deliveries, and general administration.
Book restaurants, hotels, meetings, and staff events.
Maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional reception area.
Provide administrative support to lawyers and staff as required.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

Friendly, confident, and professional
Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of telephone calls
An excellent communicator with outstanding customer service skills
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new software quickly

Previous experience in a law firm, professional office, customer service, sales, or client intake is considered an asset but is not required.
