Dispense and review medications with accuracy and care
Provide patient counseling, medication reviews, and clinical services
Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team
Ensure compliance with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia standards

What You Bring

Current licensure (or eligibility) with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia
Strong clinical knowledge and excellent patient communication skills
Retail pharmacy software experience (asset)
A genuine passion for community-based patient care

Compensation & Perks – $65/hr + $30K Signing Bonus

$65.00/hour – top of market for BC retail pharmacy
$30,000 signing bonus – paid out as part of your offer
Retention bonuses – additional long-term incentives
RSP – 4% of base annual salary put towards a group RSP for you
Short-term incentive plan – variable annual bonus for pharmacists
Total paid time off: 4 weeks – 2 weeks vacation + 1 additional week off + 4 personal days
Medical & dental coverage – effective as of day 1 of employment
Licensing & insurance fees – 100% covered
Additional credentialing (e.g., Certified Diabetes Educator – CDE) – fully covered
$2,500 tuition reimbursement – invest in your continued learning
Employee discount card – available after 3 months
