Réceptionniste / Coordonnateur(trice) à l’accueil – Temps plein

Securitech est actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) réceptionniste / coordonnateur(trice) à l’accueil à temps plein pour se joindre à son équipe. Nous recherchons une personne positive, dynamique, professionnelle, autonome, bien organisée et axée sur le service à la clientèle.

Veuillez noter : ce poste est strictement réservé aux candidats disponibles à temps plein.

Le candidat idéal possédera :

Une attitude professionnelle et courtoise
D’excellentes aptitudes en organisation, gestion du temps et priorisation
De solides compétences en communication et en service à la clientèle
La capacité de travailler de façon autonome dans un environnement dynamique
Un grand souci du détail et de la précision

Principales responsabilités :

Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et aux courriels entrants, puis les acheminer au besoin
Accueillir et assister les clients, fournisseurs et employés en tant que premier point de contact
Effectuer des appels de recouvrement de façon professionnelle et respectueuse
Effectuer de la saisie de données et offrir un soutien administratif général
Agir comme point de référence pour les visiteurs et les membres de l’équipe

Rémunération :

Salaire à partir de 17,00 $ / heure

Horaire :

Temps plein
Du lundi au vendredi
De 8 h 30 à 17 h 30

Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator – Full Time

Securitech is currently seeking a full-time Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for a positive, dynamic, and professional individual who is autonomous, highly organized, and customer-service driven.

Please note: this position is strictly for full-time candidates only.

The ideal candidate will possess:

A professional and courteous demeanor
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Key Responsibilities:

Answering, screening, and directing incoming phone calls and emails
Welcoming and assisting customers, vendors, and employees as the first point of contact
Performing collection calls in a professional and respectful manner
Data entry and general administrative support
Acting as an information resource for visitors and internal staff

Compensation:

Starting salary: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

Full-time
Monday to Friday
8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
