Bar Bon Délire un(e) Chef(fe) de bar avec beaucoup de créativité et un sens aigu des responsabilités pour se joindre à notre équipe. Salaire: 18$/h + tips

Description des tâches:

Effectuer et vérifier la mise en place du bar, et s’assurer d’offrir un bon service à la clientèle, faire des shifts de bar
Supervision des équipes et de l’organisation : s’assurer de la qualité des produits et cocktails sortant du bar, servir de point de communication entre la salle et le bar, gérer les communications entre staff
Assurer la santé et la sécurité de la clientèle et du personnel de bar: procéder à une inspection quotidienne du bar et veiller à l’application des normes d’hygiène, de salubrité, de santé et de sécurité au travail
Assurer les commandes : prendre en note les produits manquants, signaler les commandes à ajouter/faire, procéder à certaines commandes
Gestion de personnel : être présent aux formations et aux meetings, participer et procéder aux décisions (congédiement, suspension, etc)
Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe au besoin

Compétences requises:

4 ans d’expérience comme bartender avec une expertise en cocktails
2 ans d’expérience dans un poste de gestion

Bon Délire Bar is looking for a bilingual Bar Manager with a lot of creativity and a strong sense of responsibilities. If you want to be part of a motivated team and you have a desire to grow with a young and passionate team, we would love to meet you.

Tasks description :

Carry out and check the set-up of the bar, and ensure good customer service and do bar shifts
Supervision of teams and organization: ensure the quality of products and cocktails leaving the bar, serve as a point of communication between the room and the bar, manage communications between staff
Ensure the health and safety of customers and bar staff: carry out a daily inspection of the bar and ensure the application of hygiene, sanitation, health and safety standards at work
Ensure orders: take note of missing products, report orders to be added/made, place certain orders
Personnel management: being present at training and meetings, participating and making decisions (dismissal, suspension, etc.).
Perform any other related task as needed

Required skills :

4 years of experience in bartending with an expertise in cocktails
2 years of experience in a management position
