Le Restaurant Platana Inc., spécialisé en cuisine ivoirienne authentique à Montréal, est à la recherche d’un(e) gestionnaire de restaurant expérimenté(e), dynamique et passionné(e) afin de diriger son équipe et assurer le bon fonctionnement quotidien du restaurant.

Responsabilités :

Superviser les opérations quotidiennes du restaurant.
Encadrer, former et motiver les équipes de salle et de cuisine.
Assurer un service à la clientèle de haute qualité et gérer les situations avec professionnalisme.
Planifier les horaires et gérer les besoins en personnel.
Effectuer les ouvertures, fermetures et contrôles quotidiens.
Veiller au respect des normes d’hygiène, de salubrité et des procédures de l’entreprise.
Gérer les inventaires et les commandes.
Assurer un bon climat de travail et le respect des standards de l’entreprise.

Profil recherché :

Expérience en gestion de restaurant obligatoire.
Leadership, autonomie et sens de l’organisation.
Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en gestion d’équipe.
Capacité à travailler sous pression et durant les périodes de fort achalandage (rush).
Fiable, responsable et professionnel(le).
Français obligatoire. L’anglais est un atout.

Disponibilités recherchées :

Du lundi au dimanche.
De jour.
De soir.
Les fins de semaine.
Sur appel au besoin.

Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
