Photographe d'hôtel à temps partiel (contrat à durée déterminée)

À PROPOS DU POSTE

Nous recherchons un(e) photographe d'hôtel à temps partiel, doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel et d'un grand souci du détail, pour rejoindre notre équipe. Vous serez chargé(e) de capturer l'essence même de chaque établissement : intérieurs des chambres, espaces de restauration, aménagements événementiels et espaces extérieurs. Les photos seront utilisées sur le site web de l'hôtel, ses supports marketing et ses plateformes de réservation afin d'attirer les clients et de valoriser son image de marque. Ce poste consiste uniquement à prendre des photos ; la post-production et le montage sont assurés en interne. Votre priorité sera de capturer des images exceptionnelles sur le vif.

RESPONSABILITÉS

Photographier les intérieurs, les extérieurs, les équipements et les points de restauration de l'hôtel.
Communiquer de manière professionnelle avec la direction, le personnel et les clients de l'hôtel afin de coordonner efficacement les séances photo.
Déléguer les tâches et définir clairement les attentes avec les membres de l'équipe ou les contacts de l'hôtel les jours de prise de vue.
S'adapter rapidement aux changements d'environnement, de conditions d'éclairage et de planning.
Garantir des images conformes aux normes de la marque et fournir des fichiers soignés et de haute qualité.
Gérer et organiser les ressources photographiques.
Se tenir informé(e) des tendances photographiques du secteur hôtelier.
Adopter une attitude positive et avenante, reflétant l'image de marque de l'hôtel.

QUALIFICATIONS

Maîtrise des appareils photo reflex numériques ou hybrides et du matériel d'éclairage.
Sens aigu de la composition, de la lumière et du détail.
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
Excellent sens du service client. Aisance relationnelle avec la direction, le personnel et les clients
Capacité à déléguer et à coordonner efficacement les prises de vue
Apprentissage rapide et adaptation facile aux nouveaux environnements et méthodes de travail
Souci du détail et exigence de cohérence et de qualité
Disponibilité flexible, y compris occasionnellement en soirée ou le week-end pour des événements
Posséder et fournir son propre matériel photo et d'éclairage professionnel*
Assurance responsabilité civile professionnelle pour la photographie

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a personable and detail-oriented Part-Time Hotel Photographer to join our team. In this role, you will capture the unique character of each property - from room interiors and dining spaces to event setups and outdoor areas. The images will be used across the hotel’s website, marketing materials, and booking platforms to attract guests and showcase their brand. This is a shoot-only role; all post-production and editing is handled internally. Your focus is entirely on capturing exceptional images in the moment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Photograph hotel interiors, exteriors, amenities and food & beverage
Communicate professionally with hotel management, staff, and guests to coordinate shoots smoothly
Delegate tasks and set clear expectations with team members or hotel contacts during shoot days
Adapt quickly to changing environments, lighting conditions, and scheduling needs
Images must meet brand standards and deliver polished, high-quality files
Maintain and organize photo assets
Stay current with photography trends in the hospitality industry
Maintain a positive, friendly presence that reflects well on the hotel brand

QUALIFICATIONS

Proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless cameras and lighting equipment
A keen eye for composition, lighting, and detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Excellent customer service skills; comfortable interacting with management, staff, and guests
Able to delegate and coordinate effectively during shoots
Fast learner who can adapt to new environments and workflows quickly
Highly detail-oriented with a sharp eye for consistency and quality
Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends for events
Must own and provide professional camera and lighting equipment*
Must carry valid photography liability insurance

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with drone photography
Familiarity with brand photography guidelines
