Summary

Panoramic Properties is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner / Janitorial Support Staff to join our growing team across the Niagara Region. This is an opportunity for individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented residential properties.

We are looking for someone who is physically capable, dependable, and committed to high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

Physically fit and able to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies
Strong attention to detail for thorough cleaning and sanitizing of residential units and common areas
Reliable transportation is required
Must be able to travel across the Niagara Region (Niagara Falls to St. Catharines)
Valid G2 or G driver’s license required (G license preferred)
Previous experience as a cleaner, janitor, or custodian is considered a strong asset
Ability to work independently and follow schedules efficiently
Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic

Responsibilities

Perform custodial duties to maintain cleanliness of residential units and common areas.
Conduct regular cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitation.
Ensure all cleaning standards are met consistently to uphold property quality.
Manage cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed.
Collaborate with property management staff to address specific cleaning needs.
Adhere to safety protocols during all custodial activities.
Contribute to a positive and professional environment for tenants and staff.

Qualifications

Proven custodial or cleaning experience in residential or commercial settings preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
Excellent time management skills.
Preferred: experience with commercial cleaning services.
Ability to handle physical workload including lifting and bending.
