Twisters Gymnastics & Trampoline Club is seeking an experienced, motivated, and passionate Head Coach to lead our Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) competitive program.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone who is committed to athlete development, coach mentorship, and fostering a positive, athlete-centred culture. We are looking for someone who is:
· Experienced in Women’s Artistic Gymnastics

· A coach who sees the big picture- not just routines and results, but people, potential, and long-term development.
The successful candidate will work closely with coaches, athletes, and families to continue building a strong, successful program that values both excellence and balance.
What You'll Do
· Provide leadership for the Women's Artistic Gymnastics competitive program.
· Plan and oversee athlete training and long-term development.
· Mentor, support, and evaluate coaching staff.
· Lead team practices and competition preparation.
· Attend competitions, training camps, and coach meetings.
· Promote a positive, safe, and respectful training environment.
· Ensure compliance with Gymnastics Ontario policies and Safe Sport standards.
· Build strong relationships with athletes, parents, coaches, and club leadership.
· Assist with athlete evaluations, placements, and goal setting.
· Support program growth and coach development.
· Help with scheduling, season planning, and program organization.
· Participate in club events and promotional activities as required.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
· Minimum WAG Level 3/Comp 2, Certified, or strong candidate working towards and will to train for level 3.
· Current Gymnastics Ontario Professional Membership in good standing.
· Current Safe Sport.
· Respect in Sport Activity Leader certification.
· Current Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification.
· Current Police Vulnerable Sector Check.
· Strong spotting skills on all 4 events
· Experience coaching competitive Women's Artistic Gymnastics.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
· A passion for developing athletes and mentoring coaches.

· Days, evenings, weekends

Pay: $33.12-$45.41 per hour
