Now Hiring – The Trophy Man

The Trophy Man is looking for a motivated, creative, and dependable individual to join our growing team! This is a hands-on, multi-role position perfect for someone who enjoys creativity, working with people, and being part of a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Position Responsibilities:

Graphic design and artwork preparation
Clothing decoration and apparel production
Trophy and award assembly
Sign creation and production
Assisting customers at the front desk
Taking payments and processing orders
General shop organization and daily operations

What We’re Looking For:

Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Reliable and consistently on time
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Friendly and professional with customers
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Trustworthy, organized, and eager to learn
Good computer skills and ability to adapt quickly
Someone looking for long-term growth opportunities within the company

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

Experience in any of the following areas is considered a strong asset:

Graphic design software (CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
Embroidery machines
Vinyl cutting or sign production
Apparel decoration
Customer service or retail experience
General computer and production equipment knowledge
