Full job description

Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Dispatcher with Administrative skills to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organization. This role involves managing service requests, coordinating dispatch schedules, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Please note, this position is in North Pickering Claremont. Reliable transpiration is a must.

Responsibilities:

Dispatch & Customer Service
Answering incoming calls and emails
Addressing inquiries and service requests
Schedule and dispatch technicians, drivers or service personnel based on urgency, location and availability
Monitor job progress and provide updates to customers as needed
Handle customer complaints or issues, professional escalating when necessary
Maintain accurate records of service requests, dispatch logs, and customer interactions

Admin Support:

Assist with data entry, filing and documentation of service reports
Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders and work orders
Maintain schedules and coordinate meetings for service teams or management
Order office supplies and maintain inventory records
Generate reports on service performance, customer feedback and dispatch efficiency

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, certification in administration is a plus
Two plus years in customer service, dispatching or administrative support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, word and outlook)
Experience with Google Calendar is an asset
Work Environment & Schedule
Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
One to two half days on Saturdays a month
