Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for fostering partnerships that enhance our market presence.

You are fluent in English or French
You have previous work experience in door-to-door sales, customer service, restaurant industry operations, or other related fields. Experience interacting directly with customers and building business relationships is an asset.

Responsibilities

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughVisit potential customers in the designated area and develop new customers research, networking, and outreach.

· Sales product: All restaurants use food, boxes, cleaning products, etc. We have an app, for customers to view products and order on the phone.

· Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

· Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective strategies for lead generation.

· Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients showcasing our services.

· Track progress against goals and report on business development activities to management.

MEITUAN CANADA LOGISTICS INC. is the dedicated logistics and warehouse services partner of FoodsUp Inc. As our sister company, it manages warehousing, inventory, order fulfillment, and delivery dispatch to support FoodsUp's operations across Ontario and Quebec, ensuring efficient and reliable service to our restaurant customers.

You will be employed by MEITUAN CANADA LOGISTICS INC., our sister company, and assigned to support the sales operations of FoodsUp Inc. as a Field Sales Representative.

Compensation Structure Acknowledgement

Our sales compensation is paid bi-weekly. Your earnings will be based on the higher amount between your hourly pay and commission calculation.

Base Pay: $25 CAD/hour (based on approved working hours; regular schedule Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–5:30 PM).
Commission: Earn additional income by bringing in new customers and supporting repeat orders and product growth.
Additional bonuses may include tier bonuses, ranking bonuses, project-based incentives, and partial fuel reimbursement.

Bonus details will be explained during training. Compensation structures may change based on business needs. Performance-based roles require employees to meet established targets and may be subject to performance reviews.
