Poste: Opérateur extrusion
Quart de travail: Quart de 12h de jour (7h à 19h) OU quart de 12h de nuit (19h à 7h)
Lieu de travail: Laval

Poste
L’opérateur à l’extrusion (de film soufflé) règle et opère dans les opérations de fabrication quotidiennes. Il devra faire preuve de rigueur, de concentration et d’un bon sens de l’organisation. Il devra régler et faire fonctionner des machines qui servent à extruder.

Responsabilités

Déterminer les quantités appropriées pour chaque commande (résine, colorants, etc.).
Effectuer des tests de qualité.
Programmer les commandes à l’aide de l’ordinateur.

Exigences

Expérience minimum de 1-2 ans en extrusion de type soufflage
Diplôme en technologie des plastiques ( atout)
Entre 6 mois et 1 an d’expérience à titre d’opérateur
Souci du détail, esprit d’équipe, esprit analytique
Respect des délais et consignes.
Bonne forme physique.

Position
The Extrusion (Blown Film) Operator adjusts and operates in day-to-day manufacturing operations. He must demonstrate rigor, concentration, and a good sense of organization. He will have to set up and operate machines used for extruding.

Responsibilities

Determine the appropriate quantities for each order (resin, colorants, etc.).
Perform quality tests.
Program the commands using the computer.

Requirements

Diploma in plastics technology or minimum 1-2 years’ experience in blown film type extrusion.
Between 6 months and 1 year of experience as an operator in a manufacturing company.
Attention to detail, team spirit, analytical mind.
Compliance with deadlines and instructions.
Good physical shape.
