WHAT WE EXPECT:

As one of our Labourers you will:

· Lead by example and represent Cascade’s vision, mission, and values at all times as a role model and ambassador to team members, clients, and suppliers.

· Clearly communicate needs and tasks to the warehouse team with constructive feedback.

· Take pride in your workplace by keeping a clean working environment.

· At all times work in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.

· Adherence to safety procedures and company policies.

WHAT THE JOB REQUIRES YOU TO DO:

· Install and remove tents with our great crews

· Follow directions from lead

· Deliver other rental items to their respective locations

· Loading and unloading of vehicles for deliveries and pick-ups

· Inventory maintenance/cleaning and putting inventory back into its respective locations

· Keeping the warehouse floor / yard organized and clear of obstacles / clutter

· Reporting any damages / breakages to upper management as required

· Assisting clients with their pick-ups / drop-offs

· Operate as an individual or as part of a team to ensure all company needs are met

· Be exposed to all weather elements

WHAT ADDITIONAL ASSETS WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE OUT OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

· Ability to lift 50lbs, consistently

· Ability to lift 75lbs is an asset

· Additional compensation available to those who can drive Hino / 24ft trucks
