About the Opportunity

Track participation statement status using a contract management system.
Secure internal approvals for participation payments and bonuses.
Send statements and payment notifications to external stakeholders and partners via mail and email.
Maintain records and overall organization of the department.
Provide administrative support to a team of financial analysts as needed.
Special projects as assigned.

About You

2+ years of relevant administrative experience, ability to handle high volume administration roles.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay Range
$25 - $27 / hour
