About us

We're growing fast and looking for individuals who want a career and a position with longterm growth opportunities. We are looking to expand our team of dynamic individuals and are seeking Journeyman/Journey Woman as well as 3rd and 4th year apprentices for Service and New Construction.

Journeyman Rate $38/hour

Must hold a valid Electrical License or Apprenticeship in the Province Of New Brunswick, or equivalent from other Canadian Province.

Responsibilities:

Reads, interprets, and executes drawings, schematics, blueprints, and electrical code specifications to perform layout of commercial and residential electrical equipment installations.
Tests electrical equipment and parts for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance.
Installs repairs, or replaces electrical wiring, devices, conduits, feeders, lighting, and alternative electrical parts.
Installs, repairs, or replaces generators.
Performs maintenance and testing of electrical systems (including power distribution equipment).
Installs electrical circuits, as well as panels, conduit, protective devices, switches, and equipment in compliance with the Canadian Electrical Code.
Trouble shoots electrical problems to find and repair incorrect or unsafe wiring and equipment.
Abides by industry standards and company policy while working to contribute to a safe work environment.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Journeyman
Willingness to follow safety guidelines
Steel toed safety boots (CSA approved)
Current/valid driver’s licence
Clean Driver's Abstract and Criminal Clearance
Work as part of a team
Be able to stand, bend or crouch for long periods of time
Time management
Active listening
Able to follow directions
Punctual
Reliable
