We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Cabinet Wrapper to support our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for carefully wrapping, protecting, and preparing completed cabinets and components for storage, shipment, or installation, ensuring each product is handled safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established quality standards.
A PIVOTAL ROLE ON A LARGE TEAM.
The successful candidate will contribute to the success of the company by assuming the following responsibilities:
- Wrap completed cabinets, doors, panels, and components
- Select and use appropriate wrapping materials
- Inspect cabinets and components to identify visible damage, quality concerns, or missing parts.
- Handle finished products with care to prevent damage.
- Label and organize wrapped items accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe area while following all workplace safety procedures.
- Represent, support, and uphold the company’s Core Values and Management Philosophy.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

To successfully meet this challenge, we are looking for a person driven by the values of respect, teamwork, commitment, and pride with the following qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a similar role, is an asset.
- Previous forklift experience is an asset.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production environments.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions, paperwork, and material labels.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity and strong hand-eye coordination.
- Comfortable working in an environment with dust, varying temperatures, and strong odours.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while using strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
