Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing a variety of products and systems efficiently and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to safety standards. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where precision and professionalism are valued. The Installer will collaborate closely with team members and clients to deliver high-quality service and ensure installations are completed on time and to specifications.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or installation instructions to ensure accurate setup of products or systems.
Install equipment, fixtures, or systems at customer sites following established procedures and safety guidelines.
Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform installations efficiently.
Conduct quality checks post-installation to verify proper functioning and adherence to specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during or after installation, providing solutions as needed.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain installation processes and address any questions or concerns.
Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after each project.
Complete all necessary documentation related to installations, including reports or checklists.

Requirements

Proven experience in installation work, construction, or related fields is preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read technical diagrams and instructions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other relevant equipment safely.
Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and work in various positions (standing, kneeling, climbing).
Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
Valid driver’s license is preferred for travel between job sites.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience with safety protocols relevant to installation work is a plus.

Pay: $17.85-$38.05 per hour
