Clinic Model & Hours:

Walk-In Clinic Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (high-demand coverage window).

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Family Physician (GP) to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This role offers flexibility to operate within a hybrid model of family practice and walk-in care, supported by strong administrative infrastructure and an on-site pharmacy.
You will work collaboratively alongside other Family Physicians and healthcare practitioners in a team-based environment focused on delivering high-quality, coordinated care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.

Manage and grow a family practice roster (if desired).

Participate in walk-in clinic coverage (10 AM – 4 PM window).

Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions.

Perform minor procedures (e.g., suturing, lesion removal – optional but preferred).

Collaborate with pharmacy team on medication management and continuity of care.

Maintain accurate and timely medical records (EMR-based).

Adhere to OHIP billing requirements and MOH guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Licensed (or eligible for licensure) with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).

Certification in Family Medicine (CFPC) preferred (or equivalent experience).

Eligible for OHIP billing.

Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based care model.

Experience in community-based or walk-in settings is an asset.

Comfortable using EMR systems.
