Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Chiropractic Assistant to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will support chiropractors in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and eager to learn about chiropractic practices. Prior experience as a receptionist is highly valued. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the healthcare industry while contributing to patient wellness.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and assist them with check-in procedures
Prepare examination rooms and ensure cleanliness and organization
Assist chiropractors during patient examinations and spinal scans
Manage patient records accurately and update electronic health records as needed
Schedule appointments and follow-up visits, ensuring efficient clinic flow
Answer patient questions and provide educational information about treatments
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and phone communication
Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills to create a welcoming environment for patients
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and staff
Compassionate attitude with a focus on patient care and comfort
Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with electronic health record systems
Willingness to learn about chiropractic procedures and practices

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
