Job Description:

The selected candidate will work directly under the Sales Director at Sinopé Technologies' headquarters located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec. Their primary mandate will be to develop markets in the Greater Toronto Area.

Develop markets in the Greater Toronto Area and increase sales volumes;
Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients;
Prepare and conduct technical presentations for clients (engineers and contractors);
Bring forward creative ideas and actively contribute to the development of sales strategies;
Document actions taken with clients and keep information up-to-date to CRM;
Prepare and manage commercial bids while ensuring project profitability and alignment with sales objectives;
Participate in trade shows and follow up on leads obtained.
Full-time position: 37.5 hours / week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (flexible schedule)
Start date: As soon as possible
Location: Remote position based in Toronto – frequent travel required

Key Experiences and Qualifications We Are Looking For:

Relevant college and/or university education
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Valid driver's license
5 years of relevant sales experience, ideally in the HVAC, plumbing, energy or construction industry
Knowledge of the building industry (an asset)
Interpersonal skills and customer satisfaction-oriented attitude
Strong negotiator
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Leadership, autonomy, and initiative
Good prioritization skills
Rigor and adherence to deadlines
Versatility and teamwork
