Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various structures and systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of construction principles, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Installer will ensure that all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine installation requirements.
Use hand tools and power tools to assemble, install, or repair structures and fixtures.
Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks safely and efficiently.
Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure proper insulation and weatherproofing.
Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately according to project specifications.
Coordinate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure timely completion of projects.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Troubleshoot installation issues on-site and make necessary adjustments or repairs.

Experience

Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or handyman roles is highly preferred.
Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings.
Hands-on experience with power tools, caulking, heavy lifting, and general construction practices.
Prior experience in installation projects involving various building materials is advantageous.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team on complex projects. This position offers an opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic who are committed to quality craftsmanship in a dynamic environment. Candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks and possess the necessary skills to contribute effectively to our projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
