Kingston Data & Credit is coming to Nova Scotia! We are hiring three team members in advance of opening an office, and we'd like to hear from you.
Our company has 5 branch offices in British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec and Florida, and we are looking to open an office in Truro, NS. We are 'the professional alternative to a collection agency' and we represent over 2600 different clients across Canada and the US.
Have you worked in a collection agency, call center, in telemarketing, customer service, or in a payday loan store and want to have a job opportunity to manage yourself, be involved in project management, and have a voice in how your company runs? Want a pension fund after six months employment? Want to be able to flex your schedule to suit your needs?
We are looking for someone to join our team in a position who can:
- Represent themselves and our company professionally
- Maintain a calm demeanor
- Deal with delinquent consumers
- Either arrange payment or affect action on accounts
- Liaise with our clientele.
Our office is unlike a typical third party collection agency ... we work smart, not hard. We are professional negotiators not aggressive call center staff. We let our team members manage themselves, and we are willing to let them grow their skills and responsibilities with our company.
We would like to offer our new team member:
- A flexible work schedule
- A starting salary of $2900-$3400 per month depending on experience
- Commissions and bonuses (typically $0-2000 per month)
- Branch profit sharing (typically $0-400 per month)

- The role may be initially fully remote, but transition to hybrid once we open our branch office.

- credit or accounts receivable: 1 year (preferred)
