Onsite Catering Leads & Catering Servers

Pacific Coast Catering is growing, and we are looking for professional, reliable, and service-focused team members to join our onsite catering team.

We are hiring for Onsite Catering Leads and Onsite Catering Servers to support a busy client location with a wide range of catered events, meetings, receptions, breakfasts, lunches, and special functions.

This is a great opportunity for people who enjoy hospitality, teamwork, and working in a professional event environment.

Positions AvailableOnsite Catering Lead

The Onsite Catering Lead is responsible for helping manage the setup, service, and cleanup of catered events. This person helps guide the service team, communicates with clients onsite, ensures event details are followed, and helps make sure each event runs smoothly.

Onsite Catering Server

The Onsite Catering Server supports event setup, food and beverage service, guest interaction, replenishment, cleanup, and general onsite catering duties. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, dependable, and enjoys working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Depending on the role, duties may include:

Set up catered events according to event orders and company standards
Deliver professional and friendly guest service
Assist with buffet setup, food displays, beverage stations, and table presentation
Replenish food, beverages, plates, cutlery, and supplies during service
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the event
Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and clients
Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
Assist with event breakdown, cleanup, and packing of equipment
Represent Pacific Coast Catering in a professional and polished manner
For Lead roles: guide servers, review event details, manage timing, and support client communication onsite

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for team members who are:

Able to follow instructions and event details accurately
Strong communicators
Team players with a positive attitude
Able to lift, carry, set up, and move catering equipment as needed
Comfortable being on their feet during service periods
Calm and solution-focused when event details change

Experience

Previous catering, restaurant, banquet, hotel, or event experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right people.

For Onsite Catering Lead positions, previous leadership, supervisory, banquet captain, or event lead experience is preferred.

Schedule

This role is event-based and may include weekday daytime shifts, evenings, and occasional weekends depending on event needs.

Both part-time and casual positions may be available.
