Full job description

Founding Creative & Growth Lead

OmniPhi | Vancouver, BC | Full-time

OmniPhi is building a first of its kind environment for the financial markets, an agentic platform where traders and investors can research, build, automate, and interact with markets through AI.

We’re early, moving quickly, and looking for the person who will help build the voice of the company with us.

This will be our first dedicated creative and marketing hire.

We’re not looking for someone to simply manage a content calendar or coordinate agencies. We want someone who can create, execute, experiment, and eventually build the team around them.

Someone who can sit down with OmniPhi, find something genuinely interesting happening in the product or markets, turn it into great content, publish it, learn from the response, and keep going.

At the beginning, you’ll be hands-on with almost everything. Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to build a broader creative and marketing operation around you.

What you’ll own

You’ll help turn OmniPhi into a brand people in AI and financial markets know.

That includes:

Creating original content around OmniPhi, AI, trading, and financial markets
Producing product demos, short-form videos, social posts, graphics, longer-form content, and new formats
Finding compelling ways to show what people can actually do with OmniPhi
Owning and coordinating our presence across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Turning product releases, market events, user workflows, and company updates into stories worth following
Building repeatable content formats and series
Developing relationships with traders, finance creators, AI creators, UGC creators, and other distribution partners
Coordinating creators who can use OmniPhi and create authentic content around the product
Watching markets, AI, internet culture, and our own users for timely content opportunities
Testing different hooks, formats, messaging, and channels
Understanding what drives attention, users, and brand, then doubling down on what works
Helping define OmniPhi’s voice and creative direction
Eventually building and leading the team around you

Who we’re looking for

The most important thing is that you’re a creator who can execute.

You should be comfortable making things yourself, especially in the early stages.

You probably:

Know how to create content people genuinely want to watch, read, or share
Can write well and simplify complicated subjects
Can shoot, edit, and produce content yourself
Understand how modern social platforms actually work
Use AI regularly and have a genuine interest in LLMs, agents, and agentic systems
Follow financial markets, trading, investing, or fintech
Have strong instincts for what is interesting and what isn’t
Move quickly and don’t need a large team around you to execute
Like experimenting, testing ideas, and learning from what performs
Want considerably more ownership than you would get in a traditional marketing role

Big pluses

Experience with any of the following will stand out:

Paid social and digital advertising
Running and optimizing campaigns across Meta, Google, X, TikTok, YouTube, or similar platforms
Creative testing for paid acquisition
Understanding CAC, conversion funnels, attribution, and performance marketing
AI or fintech
Trading or investing
SaaS growth
Creator marketing and UGC
Influencer partnerships
Video production
Community building
Building a brand from an early stage

We’re especially interested in someone who understands that great creative and paid distribution increasingly work together. Being able to create the content, test it organically, and then understand how to scale the winners through paid channels would be a major advantage.

You do not need to come from a traditional marketing background.

Some of the best candidates for this role probably won’t.

You’re helping create one.

You’ll work directly with the founders, have access to the product and team, and have significant freedom to experiment with how OmniPhi is presented to the world.

If things go well, the person joining us now could ultimately lead the creative and marketing organization built around them.
