Job Title: Team Member

Location: BarBurrito, 72 Quarry Edge Drive, Brampton, ON Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time

About Us: At BarBurrito, we are dedicated to serving fresh, high-quality Tex-Mex food with a smile. We are looking for energetic, reliable, and friendly Team Members to join our staff at our Milton location. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and love great food, we want to hear from you!

The Role: As a Team Member, you are the face of our restaurant. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the ordering process, preparing their meals to their exact preferences, and ensuring the store remains clean and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation: Prepare fresh ingredients daily (chopping vegetables, cooking proteins, etc.) and assemble orders including burritos, bowls, tacos, and quesadillas.
Customer Service: Greet every customer with enthusiasm, answer questions about the menu, and provide a positive experience from start to finish.
Cash Handling: operate the POS system efficiently and accurately processing payments.
Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, dining room, and kitchen. Follow all health and safety guidelines.
Inventory: Assist with restocking ingredients and monitoring inventory levels during the shift.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a quick-service restaurant or customer service role is an asset (but we are willing to train the right attitude!).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, early mornings, or late nights
Must have reliable transportation to 72 Quarry Edge Drive, Brampton, ON
