We are seeking a friendly and energetic Children's party helper to assist in organizing, supervising, and participating in activities for children. This role involves creating a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for young guests while providing excellent guest services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and possess strong communication skills to facilitate group activities effectively.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and leading children's activities and games in a group setting
Ensure the safety and well-being of all participating children during activities
Support the setup and cleanup of activity areas before and after events
Engage with children to foster a positive and inclusive environment
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest questions or concerns promptly
Handle guest interactions professionally, including managing guest services and inquiries
Maintain cleanliness and organization of activity spaces throughout the event
Referee/Coach/Manage Groups. Catering to our guests. Organizing Games.

Qualifications

Experience working with children in educational, recreational, or childcare settings is preferred
Must know about soccer
Strong communication skills, including public speaking abilities, to lead group activities confidently
Customer service experience to ensure positive guest interactions
Ability to handle payment if required
Friendly, approachable demeanour with a passion for engaging with children and families
Ability to work well within a team and adapt to dynamic environments
Must be reliable, responsible, and committed to creating a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests
