Support and assist the Guest Services department to provide 100% guest satisfaction by:

Performing Guest Service functions such as checking in and checking out of guests.
Creating or locating items such as maps or supplies guests may require.
Arrangement of transportation, reservations or services for guests as requested.
Problem-solving guest concerns or proactively exceeding guest expectations.
Providing guests with current information about the hotel rooms, amenities, services and local attractions.
Demonstrating and supporting brand standards and the True Hospitality culture.
Responding promptly to all guest requests and employees and informing managers of maintenance deficiencies, guest concerns or service issues.
Working closely with all hotel departments to improve service delivery and efficiency.
Ensuring the work environment is tidy and well organized at all times (lobby).
Ensuring 100% Guest Satisfaction; handling guest concerns with effective follow-up.
Balancing room inventories & assigning rooms for arrival guests.
Adhering to all health and safety guidelines and standards.
Performing any other activities requested by Guest Services Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

Ability to deal with all levels of employees in a professional manner.
Excellent communication skills, both orally and written in English.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administration skills.
Proficient or familiar with computerized systems including spreadsheets & researching on the internet.
Ability to work within and meet deadlines. Proven ability to manage multi-tasked assignments.
Demonstrated knowledge of guest service and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
Present a high degree of professional work ethic and image.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
