We are seeking a full-time, dedicated, reliable, and skilled Production Associate to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support the daily operations of cannabis cultivation by assisting with plant care.

Responsibilities:
- Product Assembly: Accurately assemble products according to provided instructions. Ensure the correct use of tools and components in the assembly process.
- Machine Operation: Operate and monitor machinery and equipment used in the production process. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.
- Packaging: Package cannabis products according to regulatory requirements and company standards. Label products accurately and ensure proper sealing to maintain freshness and quality.
- Quality Control: Identify defects, measure dimensions, and conduct quality checks. Visual inspections and quality checks throughout the production process. Report any issues to supervisors and collaborate to find solutions.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, wear appropriate safety gear, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Report safety concerns and incidents promptly.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors. Communicate clearly and work together to achieve production goals.
- Production Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets set by the company. Strive for efficiency and productivity while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot issues in the production process. Propose and implement solutions to ensure continuous workflow.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced, defects found, and any adjustments made during the manufacturing process.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred. (Not required)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to stand, sit, walk for extended periods of time.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Leadership qualities and ability to take initiative.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing production needs.
- Ability to handle strong scents and fragrances.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must have the ability to wear personal protective gear correctly.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Punctual, dependable and positive attitude.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
