We are OneTEAM Sports Group, Canada’s largest and most trusted provider of sports equipment, branded apparel, and custom accessories. For more than 30 years, our expertise and coast-to-coast infrastructure has been outfitting and supporting athletes, teams, organizations, and communities across the country. To us, sports are a way of life.

We are currently looking for full-time Heat Press Operators to join our Apparel Decoration team. The Apparel Decoration Team is responsible for the custom decoration of our sport-related apparel brands (ex. Under Armour, Adidas, etc.) using Screen Printing, Heat Press, Direct to Film, and Embroidery machines. Apparel Decoration is a new and fast-growing department under OneTEAM. This position is a great opportunity to join our team as we expand our operations.

The Heat Press Operators will work onsite at our “Home Run Sports” location in Winnipeg (20 De la Seigneurie Blvd, Winnipeg, MB R3X 0E9). The primary responsibility includes setting up and running a heat press machine and assisting with quality control on completed jobs.

Working Hours will be Monday to Friday, between 8:00am – 4:00pm

Mastering the heat press printing and production process
Setting up and completing your scheduled customer designs and orders from start to finish
Controlling hands on production of customer supplied designs on a heat transfer printing press
Maintaining and elevating customer satisfaction through personal production quality
Assisting with quality control within a team setting
Willingness and ability to take on other warehouse/production tasks as required
All other tasks and duties as assigned by management
Highschool Diploma or equivalent
Detail oriented
Self-sufficient and self-starter
Good verbal/written English communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Must be energetic, motivated, reliable and punctual
Able to work a flexible schedule as needed
Able to work as a team player with a diverse group of employees
