Join our vibrant team as a Tearista at Chatime Newmarket! This exciting role offers the chance to craft delicious, high-quality bubble teas and beverages that delight customers and create memorable experiences. As a Tearista, you'll be the friendly face behind the counter, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and exceptional service to every interaction. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of bubble teas, smoothies, and specialty beverages according to company recipes and standards
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring their satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and supplies
Handle cash register operations efficiently while ensuring accurate transactions
Educate customers about menu options and promote new or popular products to enhance their experience
Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and uphold brand standards

Skills

Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills with a positive approach to collaboration
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
Willingness to learn about tea brewing techniques and product knowledge
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
