Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth check-in and check-out processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve diverse guests. The Front Desk Agent plays a vital role in creating a positive guest experience and maintaining the hotel's reputation for hospitality excellence.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests with professionalism and courtesy
Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues when necessary
Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are prepared and issues are resolved swiftly
Uphold high standards of phone etiquette, hospitality, and professionalism at all times
Assist guests with special requests such as transportation, dining recommendations, or additional services
Ensure the front desk area remains organized, clean, and welcoming

Experience

Previous experience in front desk operations within a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Proficiency in multi-line phone systems and front desk software applications
Excellent communication skills, including bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
Knowledge of hospitality standards and hotel procedures is a plus
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and poise
Experience working in diverse environments that require adaptability and cultural sensitivity

We have subsidized fully furnished shared accommodation available for only $21 per day which comes with free internet and cable.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
