Dermapure is the leading name in non-invasive medical aesthetics, combining expertise with cutting-edge technology. With 68 clinics across Canada, our philosophy is based on offering high-end, innovative, and non-surgical treatments designed to rejuvenate the skin while ensuring visible, natural, and long-lasting results.

Responsibilities -

Perform treatments according to the company’s protocols and standards;
Implement the treatment plan suggested during the initial consultation with the director;
Reevaluate the plan over time and propose an appropriate follow-up based on identified needs;
Advise clients on the beauty routine to adopt alongside the Functionalab product line;
Perform required post-treatment follow-ups;
Encourage clients to renew their products;
Act as a Beauty Coach by building customer loyalty through the development of a trusting relationship;
Occasionally conduct full consultations in support of the clinic director.

Qualifications -

Diploma in Esthetics;
Diploma in Photorejuvenation/IPL and Laser Hair Removal;
At least five (5) years of experience in a similar role;
Certification on clinic-specific platforms is an asset (ex: Thermage & Ultherapy)
Diploma in photoepilation is an asset;
Languages spoken and written: English & Mandarin - Proficiency in English & Mandarin is essential for this position, as all communication with clients and colleagues is conducted exclusively in English and most of our clients at the clinic speak only Mandarin..
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
Adherence to work procedures;
Integrity and trustworthiness;
Demonstrate initiative, autonomy, and leadership;
Show teamwork and collaboration skills;
Communicate respectfully, concisely, and effectively.
