Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced food service environment. This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing food items, handling transactions, and maintaining sanitation standards. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry, strong time management skills, and a commitment to delivering a positive dining experience. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, and all roles are paid positions.

Responsibilities

Prepare food items according to company standards and safety guidelines
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Assist customers with menu selections and upselling additional items to enhance their experience
Manage cashier duties with accuracy and efficiency, including basic math calculations
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in compliance with food safety standards
Maintain a welcoming environment by providing friendly customer service
Handle food safely, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
Follow all health and safety regulations to uphold sanitation and food safety standards

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during peak hours
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Basic math skills for order totaling and change calculation
Understanding of food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
Kitchen or food industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings if needed
